Baby Sleep Coach in Singapore

Terms and Conditions

o I agree to follow safe sleeping practices in line with SIDS recommendations.

o I agree to check with my GP if my baby has any medical conditions which prevent them from being sleep trained safely.

o I agree to disclose any medical condition to the baby sleep consultant which my baby has.

o I agree with the information surrounding my baby to be used in case studies, please note that no identifying information will be used and all names will be changed.

o I agree to pay the invoice 72 hours prior to the consultation date and acknowledge that if the invoice hasn’t been paid that my customised sleep plan will not be written.

o Cancellations less than 72 hours prior to scheduled consult date will only be refunded 50% of the fee.

o I understand that refunds will not be given once a consult has taken place and a personalized sleep plan has been created by Petite Dreamers Sleep Solutions (“PDSS”), unless otherwise agreed to and at the sole discretion of PDSS. If the client chooses not to pursue the sleep plan and notifies PDSS of their choice at the time of the consultation, the follow-up support amount of fee may be refunded. If the client chooses to delay beginning the plan after the consult and sleep plan creation, no refunds will be provided. If the client chooses to begin the sleep plan more than one (1) month after the plan was created, re-evaluation and amendment of the sleep plan, at the client’s cost, might be necessary.

o I understand that my customised sleep plan is meant for my baby/child and I only and should not be shared with a third party

o Any changes you make to your babies sleeping or eating arrangements are your decision and we at PDSS only make suggestions for change, of which you are responsible for choosing to implement.

o PDSS office hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.

o PDSS does not work on weekends or mandated public holidays. Any correspondence or phone calls received on a weekend or Singapore mandated public holiday will be answered on the following Monday or the next workday.

o PDSS will endeavour to respond to any correspondence or missed telephone calls within 24 hours. A detailed summary of support is included in each sleep plan and is available by request at any other time.

o It is the clients responsibility to schedule all calls related to support. These will take place at a mutually agreed time.

o During the first week of sleep training, PDSS will contact you via email once a day. This is to ensure you are on the right track and ready to embark on naps or bedtime in the right frame of mind. The aim of week one is to help you build your confidence and sleep knowledge.

o During the second week (and subsequent weeks if applicable), PDSS will check in with you periodically, however, it is up to you to reach out should you have any questions or if any other issues arise. By week two your baby’s sleep should be improving and your confidence should be building.

o PDSS will supply you with a sleep log, which is to be filled in daily. This log is used to track changes in your baby/child’s sleep habits and patterns that might arise. Without the completed log, it might not be possible for PDSS to provide you with accurate instruction.

o If PDSS does not hear from you for a period of time, or if you miss a pre-arranged call, PDSS will assume that all is going well and no support is required.

o PDSS reserves the right to make amendments to the terms and conditions from time to time and without warning.
