Pediatric Sleep Consulting

Toddler sleep is another phase in their growing-up instruction manual. Family Sleep Goals
As each child is different, so are the goals that your family hopes to achieve during our time together, which we discuss in detail during our session.
Through our vast in-home and virtual support options, we determine a package that is going to support your needs from the very start of our time together and ensure you build a solid sleep foundation for life.
At Petite Dreamers we understand that no two children are alike and so with our range of packages, we can ensure you are feeling confident, educated, and most importantly supported in your sleep transformation. We will discuss pricing and which option we believe would be best aligned with your needs.
2. Private Coaching
We will share an in-depth questionnaire, to assess all areas of your child’s current sleep challenges, help us to learn more about their personality, and understand your family’s unique goals.
In-Home or Virtual Consultation
Our goal is to support your journey based on your desired level of support. We understand that you might prefer to meet with us in the comfort of your home and we are happy to provide that level of support. We also know that technology allows us to connect remotely, through Zoom or the phone, which might be the solution you desire. Through both virtual and in-home, our success level is the same, you are in great hands.
Private Sleep Coaching
We work together over the course of 3 weeks, to build your child into a terrific sleeper, with our gentle and effective sleep coaching methodology. Throughout our time together, we will speak through scheduled phone sessions, on What’s App, and through email, to ensure we communicate in a manner that suits your style.
Daily Coaching & Support
We recognize that some families might wish to have us by their side during the initial implementation of the sleep program, and we provide many services, tailored to your needs and level of support requested. These services are options and can be discussed prior to getting started.

As our time together concludes, we will schedule a close-out call, in which we will discuss your child’s sleep success and the next big leaps and milestones you need to pay attention to, so you can keep the terrific sleep that you have achieved.
A Comprehensive Sleep Resource Toolkit
Children are growing and changing so quickly and sometimes their sleep can be thrown off from holiday, illness, or a shift with daylight savings. We have designed a resource bundle to ensure you keep the sleep you have built and how to correct things when you have gone a bit off course.
Concierge On-Call Add-On Services
Families sometimes want to know that we are available should a sleep ‘speed bump’ occur, which we understand. We will discuss retainer packages that we have and which level of support might be best for you.
We offer discounted refresher calls for clients who might need a sleep tune-up. They are always available to book as needed should you find you are stuck through a sleep regression or leap.
